Privacy Policy

Procedure Studio is operated by AI Partners Global LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and a hashed password.
• Photos and previews: the photos you upload and the previews and motion clips we create from them.
• Contact requests: what you send through the demo request form (name, practice, work email, role, procedures offered and anything you choose to write).
• Basic technical data: such as IP address, used briefly to prevent abuse (rate limiting).

How photos are handled

• Photos and previews are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are visible only to your signed-in account.
• To create a preview, your photo is sent to the AI model providers we use (currently including Venice AI) for processing. We don't sell your photos or use them for advertising.
• Every photo goes through an automatic age check. Procedure Studio is for adults (18+) only.
• Photos and previews are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu, which removes them sooner.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Procedure Studio (hosting and AI processing), or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can delete previews by letting them expire, or delete your account and its data at any time. To ask a question or make a privacy request, use the contact form on our home page.

Previews are visual simulations. They are not a diagnosis, medical advice or a guarantee of any result.

If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
